Nothing is impossible

Genesis  11:6 And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

Today we will meditate on what Lord has to say about the ability of man. The age old theory of what is the potential of human mind has never been realised. Many scholars and pundits are still trying to understand how the human mind works. There are many theory and many more scientific experiments conducted from ages.

Human minds is a very complex and intricate peice of mastery from our Lord. They say As the man thinketh ; a human can achieve anything as he purpose in his heart.

In this verse the essence and the root cause of the ability a human mind can perform can be highlighted.

Nothing can be restrained from them, which they have imagined
Again Lord shows the superiority that human think that they can achieve from their own ability. Paul says I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

In this previous verse we find how the clans met together to build a city which would touch the heavens. Lord was aware their plan and their intentions and confounded their tongues and thus languages were developed.

Today we feel a human mind can have complete control on everything he does. The truth is God is still in control, he allows things to happen as one purposes in his/her heart.

God is very much aware of our circumstances as he is the creator and our Father.

Setting up plans are good but Bible clearly states that Commit your works unto the Lord and your thoughts will be established.

Self confidence
We live in a society where many motivators and preachers preach to mouth positive words each morning to channel our future. But the truth is all the confidence in self will not fetch any hope.

God confidence

This confidence is complete Faith in God's power and his ability to bring you out of any problems.

Psalmist David said I WILL LIFT UP MY HANDS UNTO THE HILLS FROM WHENCE COMES MY HELP. MY HELP COMES FROM THE LORD WHO CREATED THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH. PSALMS 121:1-2

As a king he was having a huge army and battalion but still he feared God and trusted Him and Him only.

Today I would like to encourage you to completely trust God for all your problems and leave the matter into his hands.

PSALMS 118:8 IT IS BETTER TO TRUST THE LORD THAN TO HAVE CONFIDENCE IN MAN.
